I have been car shopping for a few months, looking to purchase a second vehicle. This vehicle is for my teenage son, who is a new driver. I live in Jacksonville and all of the dealers here in Jax wanted at least 50% down in cash, with crazy high finance terms for the balance, since I already have an existing car loan. Bill and the guys at Freddy Autos got my loan approved almost immediately, with a much more sensible and realistic down payment! They were super courteous, super helpful and they paid super atttention to every detail, from start to finish of the sale and purchase process. They sent me photos and made videos for me, since I live over two hours away from ORL. I purchased the vehicle and they had it shipped to me today! To say that I am happy with my purchase is an understatement. I have never purchased a car from a dealer as I usually drive older cars. However I have been on the lookout for a newer car for the last year to replace my current daily driver. I was looking for a very specific color combo, with low mileage, and nothing newer than a 2014. When I came across this car late one night I knew I had to inquire about it. I spoke to Anthony the next day and he was able to get me all the pictures and video of the car that I needed since I live in North Carolina. There was a mileage discrepancy on the Carfax from when they purchased the car at auction and they were able to get that handled very quickly. Once that was done, I put a deposit down and booked a flight down to Orlando and they even offered to pick me up from the airport. Once I got on site I was very happy with the condition of the car and was able to test drive it. Paperwork was a breeze and they were able to get me on the road quickly since I elected to drive the vehicle back home. The journey home was 8+ hours and the car handled it without skipping a beat. I have put over 1200 miles since I drove off the lot and couldn't be happier. I will gladly recommend to anyone I know that is looking for a quality used vehicle.
I purchased my 2011 Lexus Rx350 and I was Satisfied with my purchase. Zee was very nice and he even picked me up at the Bus Station.
The car was filled up with fuel before I left for Jacksonville.

I had an amazing experience with Freddy’s Autos. That was very stressful for my boyfriend, and I. We had been out looking for a car for me all day. I was ready to give up until we stumbled upon Freddy’s. My baby spoke the guy who came out to help us, and told him our price point for a car. The guy took us right to what they had to offer. There was this all black Chevy Malibu there. My boyfriend and I eyes locked in on it at the same time, and he said to me, bae we’ve found your babe. I was still uneasy because the day had been long, and I didn’t want to be taken advantage of. But, the service here was beyond exceptional. Thank you all for such great smooth service.
